Engineering works

We have attempted to summarise upcoming and ongoing Engineering work below.  However we do not guarantee that this page is uptodate.  For uptodate information on Engineering works please check the front page of the Southeastern website which should alert you to major disruption and the Southeastern Engineering works page.  (Information on Underground and Overground engineering works can be found on the TfL website).

Sunday 22nd February

London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Cannon Street all closed.  No services to and from Deptford, Greenwich, Maze Hill and Westcombe Park.  Replacement bus services will take passsengers to Lewisham and Charlton where there will be trains to Blackfriars, Victoria and New Cross. It should also be noted that the Jubilee Line will only between Stratford and Waterloo on 22nd February.

Sunday 1st March and Sunday 8th March

No services to and from Deptford, Greenwich, Maze Hill, Westcombe Park, Charlton and all stations between Charlton and Dartford.  Some services will be replaced by buses. It should also be noted that the Jubilee Line will only be running between Stratford and Waterloo on 8th March.

Easter Weekend Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April

There will be no services on the Greenwich Line and trains on other lines will be diverted to alternative destinations as detailed in a letter from Southeastern about Easter 2015 Engineering Works.  It should also be noted that the Jubilee Line will only between Stratford and Waterloo from 3rd to 6th April.

 

The above is in addition to the timetable changes to Rail services from 12 January 2015 until August 2016 which are as follows:

  • From 12 January 2015 Southeastern services from New Cross, St. Johns, Deptford, Greenwich, Maze Hill and Westcombe Park will no longer have train services to Charing Cross or Waterloo East, and will instead operate to and from Cannon Street.
  • From 12 January 2015 to August 2016, Southeastern services to and from Charing Cross will not call at London Bridge.  It WILL NOT be possible to change from the Greenwich Line trains onto a Charing Cross Service at London Bridge
  • Cannon Street main line and tube stations will be open seven days a week with extended hours to accommodate additional passengers.
