The latest edition of the Westcombe News December 2013/January 2014 is out now, in glorious colour.

It features the success of the annual Dickensian Christmas Bazaar, which raised funds for our Charity of the Year, the South London Special League.  This charity helps disabled children take part in sports across South-East London; the organisation was recently included in a celebration of football at Buckingham Palace.  There are also features on sourcing gifts for Christmas locally, an 1864 clipper ship on its way to Australia for restoration, wood-turning, and the proposed Ikea store on the Peninsula.

The editor will be having a well-deserved rest over the holdiays, and the next edition will be out in February 2014.
